Map what you’re good at, what you love doing, and what matters to you. Find the sweet spot where they overlap — your superpower zone.
⏱ About 15 minutes
You’ve got the book. Kit’s already walked you through this mission. This page is your printable Strengths Map — fill it in on screen, or hit print and write it out by hand. Either way works.
Write 5 things in each circle. Where two or three circles overlap, that’s your superpower zone — the stuff that’s most truly you.
Things you’re genuinely good at — school subjects, sports, making people laugh, being a good listener. Don’t be modest.
Things that make time disappear because you’re having so much fun. Not things you’re supposed to love.
Things you care about. Fairness? Family? Animals? Being honest? What would you stand up for even if it was hard?
Things that showed up in two or three circles at the same time. These are the things most truly you.
Kit’s bonus twist: Do this map again six months from now. Don’t look at the old one first. Then compare. The things that stay in all three circles — those are probably the ones you’ll build a life around.
“This is one of my favorite activities. It’s a snapshot of who you are right now. It’ll look different in a year. That’s the whole point.”
